Fantastica Health is a startup aiming to bridge the gap between the patients and the doctors.
At Fantastica Health, I made the app easier to understand and use. I fixed things that were confusing and added new features to help patients and doctors. This makes it simpler for everyone to use the app and talk to each other.
I also made the app look better. I changed how things like buttons and colors look, so it's more pleasing to the eye. This makes the app seem more modern and professional.
To address these challenges, I collaborated closely with the Fantastica Health's team, drawing insights from user feedback and industry trends. We conducted thorough user research to gain a deep understanding of our target audience's needs and preferences. Based on these insights, I led the redesign of the app's UX, focusing on improving navigation, enhancing profile customization, and increasing engagement features.
The improvements implemented resulted in a significant enhancement of the user experience across both the web portal and mobile app. Users reported higher satisfaction levels with the platform, citing improved ease of use and accessibility to valuable information. Engagement metrics, such as time spent on the platform and frequency of interactions, also showed positive trends.
