Osheeanic
A startup helping bring all the information about what's happening under the deep ocean.
At Osheeanic, I collaborated closely with the founder and engineering team to tackle UX (user experience) issues in the existing app.
We worked together to identify areas where users were having trouble and find ways to make it smoother for them. By listening to feedback and testing different ideas, we resolved these issues, making the app easier and more enjoyable to use.
In addition to fixing existing problems, I played a key role in designing the UX for new modules in the app. Working hand-in-hand with the team, we brainstormed and created solutions to meet the needs of users while aligning with Osheeanic's goals. Whether it was designing a feature to track ocean currents or a tool to visualize underwater habitats, I focused on making the experience intuitive and engaging for everyone.
To address these challenges, I collaborated closely with the Osheeanic's team, drawing insights from user feedback and industry trends. We conducted thorough user research to gain a deep understanding of our target audience's needs and preferences. Based on these insights, I led the redesign of the app's UX, focusing on improving navigation, enhancing profile customization, and increasing engagement features.
Throughout this process, I ensured that the UX design not only addressed user needs but also reflected Osheeanic's mission of making ocean information accessible to all. By collaborating with the founder and engineering team, we crafted solutions that empower users to explore the depths of the ocean with ease and excitement.
The improvements implemented resulted in a significant enhancement of the user experience across both the web portal and mobile app. Users reported higher satisfaction levels with the platform, citing improved ease of use and accessibility to valuable information. Engagement metrics, such as time spent on the platform and frequency of interactions, also showed positive trends.
